Anyone with Pakexplorer could do this. I've taken out the annoying warning horns [the sounds that let you know you've been too loud....enemies are spawning]..anyway ...the sounds just took so much away from the game that I had to silence them, and also that annoying startup sound. This .pak file includes: Bumper.wav - muted {initial startup sound} warning.wav - muted {min warning horn} warning2.wav - muted {medium warning horn} max.wav - muted {maximum warning horn....enemies are spawning} How to use: Place the file pak2.pak in your sof/base folder. Play. If you already have a pak2.pak in your sof/base folder: Re_number pak2.pak to pak3.pak ..or pak4.pak or pak5.pak, you get the idea. Just don't do anything stupid and overwrite anything important :)
Mark sends along a little file that will get rid of some annyoing in-game sounds that might start pissing you off :) Here's what he had to say: I have a handy .pak file that I made for myself.
