R_O...The World

map (shape of the islands and land masses) was made using an imported black and white image which would be the first good use of a height map I've seen in a while. If not then the author did a good job of shaping the terrain. The map is fairly well textured and it utilizes a variety of props. There are two bases. One is set in the Americas and another base is in Asia. The only concerns about this map is that the passability in some areas will force you to walk through dense clusters of trees. The lack of adequate reinforcement points is also disturbing making it hard for you bring in units on another continent. The author recommends using the Rebellion and the Consortium because of their transport units. This is a very interesting map idea and if you like it give this file a download.
