Weapon balance with axis shotgun

This mod balances the weapons between both Allied and Axis, and also includes Axis shotguns and semi-auto Axis Rifle mod, so the loadout is more fair.
This Mod balances weapons between allies and axis, giving all axis' weapons the same stats as their equivelent allied weapon. It also includes the no-rechamber axis rifle mod and my axis shot gun mod.
