stats are somewhat overpowered. I think they could've been better implemented if the player had to install an upgrade (or several) to get what's essentially three feats for free - that way they have to give something up in exchange for the gun's bonuses. Pretty minor thing to complain about in the face of the model, though, and you can always edit its stats yourself.
