lower half of the face seems shifted to the skin's right (check out how his mouth is out of alignment), and it looks like the author tried to put on a new nose, but didn't size it right, so you can see a pair of nostrils on the bridge of the nose. Next time I'd suggest doing something with the body other than covering over it with the paintbucket, and definitely don't overwrite any default models like you have here (Kyle).
