This v1.2 patch improves AI, extended historical database, adds countries, and various other bug/crash fixes.
Update 1.2 includes among other things: Spycosts are now properly checking the senders sliders, not the targets sliders. All unit modifiers are now saved, even if at 0. 0 IC is now saved properly. Reversed some messages for spies. Naval at
