Frostbite

I spawn in a base (memories of the last TDM map I reviewed flood back haunting my very soul) but luckily it is just an abandoned UNSC outpost. I proceed to look around, the building has 3 storeys, on the first a simple room with weapons scattered and a blast hole through the wall, the second a open area with yet more weapons and a mounted weapon. The third floor had a sniper hide with sniper weapon placement! Moving along a bit... before me is a bridge leading where you ask? No where my guesses its there purely for standing on and using as a vantage point, a nice touch in my opinion as it adds a nice form of eye candy to the mixture. Well under the bridge and on the other side is another base (yes this map does offer it to team death match but I’d say it is a tad to small to house a large TDM and would serve better as a free for all map) what is weird for a map that can support TDM is the map in not symmetrical, so it offers a perhaps unbalanced game of TDM which can be good, but can also be bad. I’ll let you judge that please post to let me know how that goes I’d be delighted to hear. Well after closer inspection of certain aspects of the map, I found several references to the UNSC which I was rather pleased with One included a texture with the whereabouts of the base followed by the UNSC logo a nice touch. Overall an interesting, creative and overall pleasing map as it combines eye candy and good looking textures with nice architecture and smart gun placements to provide the player with a generally interesting game play experience.
