client-side hotfix as 1.031 Beta. The only fix is for the artillery tanks\' cannons. This is an optional update for all clients.
There\'s a new bug in 1.03 Beta that was missed, caused by the new client-side turret code. Both artillery tank cannons are backwards in 1.03 Beta. In response, we are releasing an optional
