New Speedometer (1.0)

Here is a modification that will add a new anologue speedometer to the screen when driving a vehicle. The speedometer does look fairly well made in game, and does its job as well.
Instructions! 1) copy CLEO folder to GTA:SA main folder (C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreas) 2) copy the following files to GTA:SA main folder: vorbis.dll vorbisFile.dll cleo.asi vorbishooked.dll if it asks, press YES to conf
