every one else can use them as well. This is a Blender file for the model and the textures i altered/made. Some of the textures in this model require[b] Operation Anchorage DLC[/b], however you could always reasign them to use something else. All textures that were altered by me from FO3 resources or made from scratch are included. The model uses other textures that are integral to FO3 so they should not be a problem.
