Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage Colossus Heavy Armor Mod V3

Specialized armor that requires the Operation Anchorage DLC for male and females. The armor is basically a lighter than usual power armor, but somewhat heavier than recon armor.
Its got comparable stats to normal power armor with a few additions. The armor can be found on the floor near the loot room in the outcast outpost in OA.
