Added Tartan patrol cruiser to Pirates. Added Z-95 headhunters to Pirates.
This is just a patch so you still need to download the beta 1.0 and the beta 1.1 patch, just replace the original files with the xmls included. Changes in this version: Added imperial Nebulon-B
