although other stuff has been tweaked also. YOU CAN NO LONGER USE THE AUTO RESOLVE BUTTON (theoreticaly anyway).
This mod basicly changes scales of units, health, damage etc. It also increases the population cap to 85 in space. The author is a fan of space battles so that's what has been changed mostly
