Quantum Burst

readme explains it all (posted below). I think the shiny rifle texture/effect he is referring to comes from Worf55's Weapon FX Mod (also on effiles). My favorite is the new quantum ammo. It does seem like a lot of it was pieced together from other mods. Not a bad job, but I don't think I'll use it. Download and check it out for yourself.
