Soroth's Wrecked Ship House v1.1

This sunken boat house is actually on land. It is not in water so don't get excited. The boat is dug into the hill next to the Cheydinhal stables.
Lore: Thousands of years ago a great adventurer named Soroth had set out on an expedition. While over seas a terrible storm struck. Soroth jumped off of his water-logged boat and was never seen again. Recently his sunken boat was found near Cheydinh
