This is the 11th level of Doom³, sped through in approximately 5 minutes and 46 seconds. It was a pretty hard one, but I tried my best and still took up quite some time. >_> S'a long level.
My second speedrun of the 4th level — Administration — got a good 19 seconds trimmed off, which is about 1/6 of the time. Quality is about 1/4 DVD. Thanks to cycomatt for his time reduction tip!
