This is a training map designed to test out your basic and advanced jumping abilities (strafe jumps, spinning jumps etc). Not so easy unless you have played similar maps on Quake 3.

This version has been optimized, in size at least (cut down by 4MB); besides, most of the environments are now immersed in a mild haze of smoke but it doesn't seem to impact the FPS count a tiny; those are truly excellent for such a detailed map btw.
