Diablo 2 Item Descriptor

Contains 2 programs; The first program is DiabloItems.exe, this program gets input about an item and outputs the best and worst results to a file named 'The Item.txt'. The other files called Librarian.exe takes the item in 'The Item.txt' and moves it into
