This is version 2 of Cruzaderazn's DoD: Source's skin pack, it changes the skin to give the player a more dirty (well...duh) and rugged look, definately worth a download.
Re-skinned the defaults to look dirty [obviously] and added a little more texture. Looks better in game than screenshots. NOTE: Not really noticable with graphic settings set for lower end
