CS: Source CS Beirut Updated Map

for 64 player servers. - Added start view locations when the map is loaded and players are in the team select menu. - Added a rope at the back side of a building near CT spawn so CT's can get on higher ground too, this should even out the odds a bit. - A few little graphical changes.[/i] Have fun!
