CS: Source Another Glassfloor map

A small map by Giles Burgess, with little glass squares on the floor which you can shoot and fall through to lower levels.
GTA_glassfloor1 another glass floor level, but better! i have looked at other peoples glass floor levels and some of their textures overlap, so i have fix this in GTA_glassfloor1. also added some kool shadows on the bottom of the glass floor.
