All Factions have super fast Harvesters. All Factions can build Harvesters from Factory extremely fast. NOD and Scrin Harvesters are a bit faster than the GDI due to GDI having a turret.
This is a first mod I'm making and it will allow you to play around with Harvesters. The only things so far I've changed are a lot faster Harvester and also after receiving a Warfactory, you will be able to build non stop amount of Harvesters. This i
