there are just a few changes this time. and some bugs in Beta 0.31 have been fixed. 1. Artillery Barrage Artillery is NOT an accurate weapon but it can cover a large area. however It can be purchased when your general rank is high enough (Rank3, Rank5, Rank7). the pic below is about the most powerful Rank7 Artillery Barrage. 2. Helix, BlackShark, IronDragon and SupplyCenter use new cameos. 3. Hummer the original turret was replaced with a CROWS (Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station XM101). its doors will open when the passengers get out. 4. Avenger the EA's buggy model was fixed. the PointLaserDefense was removed. and the Designator has a better look that isn't like a machine gun any more. The Avenger uses its missile weapon, like the real one, while The Laser Avenger is only available for the Laser Generals.
