Now comes with a better installer system. It also fixes a bug with the torpedo and pulse weapons. This program will let you easily and quickly edit the icon overlay for both weapon arcs and damage
Allows phasers to miss. It's based on chance, as is the distance it misses by. I can miss the whole ship, or just the system you're targeting and still hit the ship. This works for the player only.
