Elminsters Warbird Hardpoints

RomulanTorp.py to WarbirdTorpedo.py (Case Sensitive) this will replace the warbird but once you use this you won't want your old one back
This is the first warbird hardpoint mod that has ever shown the true glory of the empire. there is a problem with torpedoes but should be fixed by going to scripts/tactical/projectiles and renaming
