Elminster's Vorcha Upgrade

Is it just me, or are Klingon ships suppose to have weak shields, but strong hull armor? Vs other Elminster upgrades ships this ship holds it own just a little to well. His new Warbird (see it review) took a lot of damage, and the upgraded Vorcha took down my Eliminster upgraded Nebula (v3 see review) like it was nothing. I would take off 2 of the front disturptor cannons, and lower the shields just a bit to balance this one. But other then that, I like.
