Hydran Corsair mod

make this thing easy prey for a simple galor. For a 350m TNG era vessel it isn't that great in the performance department. The strange hydran ship firing the torpedo is not the ship in this mod. This gives the hydran corsair some nice weapons, like a fusion beam and hellbore torpedo. However, it is all looks and no bite. Poor manuverability along with slow charging and short firing phasers
