seen in Star Trek: Starfleet Command in which it was classified as a Light Cruiser. The ship was also seen in Star Trek: Legacy where it was called the Apollo-class (in error). The ship is quick and manoevurable, and is able to overpower the slower ships of the era such as Battleships and Heavy Cruisers. Although there is a weapons blind spot on the aft quater which must be securely guarded.
