Echelon class (pre-NextGen)

you to the saucer section of the ship. See how the bridge and sensor dome look like they should be on an Ambassador class ship? Now look at the warp nacelles. See how they start with the Enterprice-C buzzard's, then go back into what looks like a pair of Constitution re-fit warp nacelles with more added to them? Theses points all go to show how this ship can be called a NextGen "pathfinder" class ship. And all very nicely done too. Even the non-standard placement of the torpedo launchers add a nice touch. The only bad part of the ship is that when I fired the phasers, I could not see any of the emitters, even though they looked and acted like they came from emitters. The ship overall handles like a pre-NextGen ship should and the shields and weapons are not overly powerfull. Wierd looking, sure. Very cool and imaginative, oh yeah!
