Sculpted Trainer

This is a 'trainer' for SculptEd1.0b. It makes the program (SculptEd) to adjust the height of the terrain (under the brush) to a specified height, instead of raising/lowering it.
This trainer was made to address the inconvenient lack of limits to which, the original SculptEd, raised/lowered terrain. When activated (Ctrl+2), instead of gradually raising or lowering terrain to 0/255, SculptEd will set the terrain to the leve
