Lake of the westfold

Isengard and Rohan camps that line the sides of the lake. Ships have had their expense reduced, and their buildtime has been shortedned. Their efectiveness has been greatened too, but the Shore Bombard has had its range halved, albeit it\'s still a long-ish range.
