Bombomadil\'s Prometheus MVAM

While it is still possible to build multiple stardrive sections, this at least limits it by the number of crew you have. A nice alternative to Gonwee\'s.
This is Bombomadil\'s version of Prometheus MVAM. Instead of using the Galaxy seperator, this mod first changes into the saucer section, which can then build the upper and lower stardrive sections.
