their supports aren't quite right, the textures are combined from three separate sources (and none of them have quite the right shading), and the parts of this ship we have yet to see in any meaningful way (notably the shuttlebay) are almost detail-free. But the as-yet-unknown modder Sin87 does a fairly good job of trying to capture the spirit of the new design. One of the pitfalls of making this ship, at the present time, is the obvious lack of any 3D models or even high-res screencaps from which to proceed. That doesn't seem to stop several of our modders who are working on the same set of screencaps and pictures we've seen to date, and their enthusiasm for rendering every last canon design --including this one-- is admirable. Hopefully it's only a matter of time before a newer version of this, with corrections made thanks to the constructive criticism of this community and comments in the section below, is made available here for Armada. Definitely worth a download. :cool:
