It is a server-side only(means only someone who\'s hosting a game.) mod that creates a spawn area. within this spawn area the player who spawns cannot be harmed or killed and may do almost whatever he\\she wants.. except jump, jumping kills the spawn area. you can make adjustments to your AVP configuration witohut worrying about getting killed or run to the rest-room thow you have to die first because it only activates when you die and respawn. And you can\'t shoot at anyone else while in your safe zone either, or pick-up ammo. in essance you become a spectator of sorts.. it\'s a great mod!
