Trainable Hoop Throwers at Barracks (0.1 Beta)

This modification will allow Hoop Throwers to be trained at the barracks/blockhouse of any civilization in the game.
This is only a beta version, and there aren't any sounds or new textures yet, but I'm working on them. Basically, you can train them starting in the Colonial Age, and can upgrade them to Veteran Hoop Throwers in the Fortress Age, Guard Hoop Throwers
